My Approach
I offer a clear, supportive framework shaped by neuroscience, compassionate communication, and lived experience, and brought to life through welcoming spaces and thoughtful guidance.

A Compass for Your Own Journey
Whether you’re exploring how to care for your body or emotions, shape a fulfilling relationship, or navigate life as a team or organization, I’m here to help you uncover what works — for you — in a way that’s true and sustainable.
I’ve always longed for maps and systems that offer both clarity and freedom. That honor our complexity. That feel inspiring, flexible, and non-imposing. I’ve never resonated with rigid methods — so in that spirit, I invite you: try these practices on. See what resonates. For me — and for many others — they’ve been supportive and transformational. I hope they serve you, too.
You already carry the compass. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate and find your direction.
The Key Ingredients of My Work
Needs Awareness

Inspired by the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Needs Awareness is the foundation of my work. It offers a clear, compassionate lens for understanding what drives us — and what connects us. At its heart, this is about learning to recognize the deeper longings underneath our feelings, choices, and behaviors.

Needs give us language for the life force moving through us. They help us navigate choices, interpret emotions, and find common ground even when things feel hard. Developing needs awareness is like learning a new way to see — one that brings clarity, compassion, and creativity.

Core Skills Include:

-
Identifying and naming needs (in yourself and others)
-
Distinguishing needs from strategies
-
Understanding the role of needs in conflict and communication
-
Using needs awareness to support clarity, motivation, and meaningful action
Self-Empathy & Emotional Intelligence

This ingredient is about cultivating an inner relationship that is kind, curious, and emotionally attuned. Self-empathy allows us to meet our experience with presence, while emotional intelligence gives us tools to recognize, interpret, and respond to what we feel. Together, they support self-awareness, regulation, and resilience.
Rather than bypassing discomfort, we build the capacity to stay present with ourselves — a powerful source of strength and clarity in a noisy world.

Core Skills Include:

-
Tracking body sensations, emotions, and internal narratives
-
Noticing reactivity and slowing down to reflect before responding
-
Translating inner judgments into underlying needs
-
Using needs awareness to support clarity, motivation, and meaningful action

Empathy & Relational Intelligence

Empathy is more than listening — it’s a way of relating that honors the humanity in others. Relational intelligence builds on that foundation, supporting us in navigating conversations, differences, and shared life with more presence and skill. This is where needs awareness becomes not just personal, but interpersonal.

Core Skills Include:

-
Deep, nonjudgmental listening
-
Reflecting and resonating with another’s experience
-
Navigating feedback, conflict, and difficult conversations
-
Co-creating agreements, boundaries, and shared understanding
-
Collaborative decision making
-
